How the program works

1. Create your affiliate account. You do not need to be looking for employment or purchase a candidate subscription to participate.
2. Share your personal referral link. Use the Marketing Center for promotional images and captions. Include your personal link so registrations can be attributed to your account.
3. Earn on qualifying subscription payments. A registration alone does not earn a commission. Hired2Day must receive and process an eligible payment.
4. Track your progress. Your back office shows referred registrations, pending commissions and payments recorded by Hired2Day.

What you earn

First qualifying payment: 50% commission. Earn on the eligible subscription amount actually collected, excluding taxes and amounts refunded or reversed.

Qualifying renewals: 20% commission. Renewal commissions apply during the 12 months following the referred candidate's first qualifying payment. Unpaid, canceled or unsuccessful payments earn no commission.

When you get paid

Weekly payouts after a 14-day waiting period. Each commission must complete a waiting period of at least 14 days from the underlying subscription payment's confirmed receipt date. It must also pass payment review before it becomes eligible for payout.

Minimum payout: $150 USD. Your approved, unpaid commissions that have completed the waiting period must total at least $150. Pending, disputed or not-yet-matured commissions do not count toward this minimum.

Eligible balances are processed on Fridays. The weekly cutoff is Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Required payment and tax information must be complete. Bank holidays and payment-provider processing can affect when funds arrive.

Smaller balances carry forward. Approved balances below $150 remain on your account and combine with future eligible commissions. You do not need to earn $150 separately during each week.

Can I receive payments in consecutive weeks?

Yes. As different commissions complete their waiting periods, you may qualify for payouts in consecutive weeks. Each payout still requires at least $150 in eligible unpaid commissions. Weekly payments and earnings are not guaranteed.

Affiliate Program Terms

1. Participation and accurate information

Provide accurate account, contact, payment and required tax information. Keep your login secure. Participation does not make you a Hired2Day employee, business partner or authorized representative, and you may not make commitments for Hired2Day.

2. Referral attribution

A qualifying referral is a new candidate whose registration is attributed to your affiliate account and who makes an eligible subscription payment. Use your personal referral link. Sharing an image, naming Hired2Day or referring someone verbally does not by itself establish attribution.

The current referral link carries a tracking reference valid for up to seven days. The candidate must retain that reference through registration. Returning without it, switching devices or removing tracking information can prevent attribution. The link does not guarantee attribution across separate visits.

If you believe a referral is missing, contact Support with the approximate referral date and relevant evidence. Do not submit anyone's password, payment details or private documents. Hired2Day will review the available records and explain its decision. Corrections require evidence and must avoid duplicate credit or disclosure of another person's private information.

3. Eligible payments and commission review

Commissions are calculated on eligible subscription revenue actually collected, after discounts and excluding taxes. Failed payments, free access and unpaid invoices do not qualify. Refunds, chargebacks and payment reversals reduce the corresponding commission.

Pending commissions are estimates until reviewed. A hold must relate to payment processing, a refund or dispute, suspected abuse, missing required information or another identifiable eligibility issue. Hired2Day will explain a hold upon request where legally permitted.

Any adjustment must relate to an identifiable transaction. If a commission was already paid, Hired2Day may offset the documented adjustment against future commissions and will provide a record of the adjustment. Unrelated, valid commissions will not be forfeited solely because another payment is disputed.

4. Honest, responsible promotion

Describe Hired2Day accurately as a subscription service offering career-profile tools, personalized job matching and application support. Do not promise employment, interviews, a particular salary or guaranteed affiliate income. Do not present illustrative or AI-generated people as actual customers providing testimonials.

Clearly disclose your paid affiliate relationship where required by applicable law and platform rules. Make the disclosure easy to notice and understand in the promotion itself; do not rely solely on this agreement or your profile. A simple disclosure is: "I earn commissions from qualifying subscriptions through my link."

Do not send spam, purchase or fabricate registrations, impersonate Hired2Day, use misleading job offers, create unauthorized accounts for others, or manipulate attribution. Self-referrals and fabricated transactions do not qualify. You earn from qualifying candidate subscriptions, not from recruiting additional affiliates.

5. Promotional materials and advertising costs

Hired2Day permits active affiliates to use its approved promotional materials to promote the service under these terms. Do not alter logos, misstate features or pricing, or imply authority to speak for the company. Remove outdated or withdrawn materials when notified.

You control your promotional activity and are responsible for expenses you choose to incur. Hired2Day does not promise reimbursement or a return on advertising spending. Obtain written approval before using Hired2Day trademarks in paid search keywords, domains or social account names.

6. Payment details and taxes

Provide payment instructions through the secure method designated by Hired2Day. Never email passwords, full bank credentials or tax-identification numbers to Support.

Each party is responsible for its own applicable tax obligations. Hired2Day may request legally required tax documentation, issue information returns and apply required withholding. Missing required information can delay payment; it does not by itself erase valid accrued commissions.

7. Ending participation

You may leave the program by contacting Support. Hired2Day may suspend participation while investigating suspected fraud, security issues or material violations. Where legally permitted, Hired2Day will explain the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Termination does not automatically cancel valid commissions already earned. Only commissions connected to ineligible, refunded, reversed or fraudulent transactions may be removed on those grounds. If participation ends without affiliate misconduct, existing qualifying referrals retain their original renewal-commission eligibility for the remaining agreed term.

On account closure, valid approved balances below $150 will be paid as a final settlement within 60 days, provided required payment and tax information is complete. This is an exception to the ordinary payout threshold. Amounts under a documented dispute will be settled after that dispute is resolved.

8. Questions and payment disputes

Contact Support promptly if a referral, calculation or payout appears incorrect. Hired2Day will acknowledge the issue and review relevant records. Affiliates may provide supporting evidence and request an explanation of the outcome. Neither party gives up rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Program changes

Material changes to commission rates, payout thresholds or eligibility will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect, except where an earlier change is legally required. Changes will not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned or the promised commission terms for existing qualifying referrals. New terms apply prospectively as stated in the notice.

10. Mutual responsibilities

Hired2Day is responsible for maintaining reasonable referral records, calculating commissions according to the applicable terms and processing eligible payouts. Affiliates are responsible for lawful, accurate promotion and protecting their accounts. Each party remains responsible for its own misconduct.

The program does not guarantee referrals, subscription conversions, earnings or employment outcomes. Temporary outages and tracking limitations may occur. Report suspected errors so they can be investigated and corrected.

11. Privacy and related policies

Use referral information only for permitted program purposes. Do not collect candidates' resumes, passwords or payment information on Hired2Day's behalf. The Hired2Day Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply; these program terms govern affiliate commission and payout matters where they differ.
